How do I change my address for my car insurance?

We’ve made it quick and easy for you to go online and make changes to your policy yourself – in just three simple steps. Remember, your insurance may be invalid if you don’t update us.

What you’ll need

So that we can accurately work out a price for you, please have the following details ready:

  • Your new address, including the house name or number and the postcode
  • Your residential status; e.g., if you’re the home owner or renting
  • The usual daytime and overnight parking locations (e.g. a driveway or on the road)
  • Any other details that may have changed, for instance if your mileage will change

 

How to make the change

Step 1 Log in to your Account using the button below and select your policy

Step 2 Choose ‘Make a change’, then ‘Your details’ and ‘Home address’

Step 3 Enter all the required details

You can then confirm the change and be covered straight away. There may be an additional cost as well as an admin fee to pay.
