How do I make a Home Insurance claim?

Overview

You can make a claim online by logging in to your Account using the button below and choosing ‘make a claim’.

If you need to make a claim on one of your Optional Extras, then call the relevant 24-hour number below:

  • Family Legal Protection: 0345 601 7070
  • Pest Cover: 0345 601 7073

You'll have to pay the excesses shown on your schedule before we can settle your claim.

 

You can contact us using the log in button below, logging in to your Account, then selecting ‘Need Help.’ We're available Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 9am-4pm and closed on Sundays.
