Will cancelling my Direct Debit cancel my policy?

Overview

Cancelling your Direct Debit doesn’t mean you’ve cancelled your policy or stopped it from renewing automatically if that is the preference you selected.

If cancelling is something you’re thinking about, please let us know.

If you fail to pay the agreed Direct Debits, this can have severe consequences, and impact your credit rating. If you miss two or more payments, this could mean we’re not able to offer you Direct Debit as a payment option and full payment may be needed for your policy to continue.

If you are having difficulties with your payments, or if you are thinking of cancelling your policy, please get in touch via live chat.
